Welcome to the Walkerton Agricultural Society's "Little Royal Fair." We are very proud to host the 156th edition of the fair. We have a tremendous heavy horse show that is held indoors. We have a huge selection of crafts, quilts, canning, baking and sewing on display. We also have woodworking, grains, roots and vegetable displays and wine. There is a poultry and rabbit show as well as the pet show for the kids.

This year we are very pleased to have the Bowmanville Zoo coming to the fair. They will be doing live animal shows all weekend and they will also be giving camel rides ($6.00/person). There is a lot of laughter with the Farmer's Olympics on Sunday. There is log sawing and a kids pedal tractor pull. Strength is certainly evident in the Horse Pull. There are two classes and these horse know when and how to pull.

So please come out to our fair and enjoy what Walkerton has to show you.

We owe a huge thank you to our sponsors for their support and to the volunteers that work so hard to produce a great fair for your entertainment. Each year the fair is held the weekend after Thanksgiving.

See you at the fair!

The Walkerton Agriculture Society would like to acknowledge and thank the Ontario Trillium Foundation for their support.

The Society received $65,000 over a one year period for a new roof and an accessible entrance into the society’s Building #3. This upgrade will enhance community usage and improve the safety of this Walkerton facility that hosts the annual fall fair and other events.
